FastInvest


Acesta este al doilea post din seria celor practice despre investiții. În primul ți-am povestit despre Mintos, o platformă veche și foarte lichidă unde investiția se poate diversifica între mii de împrumuturi pentru a scădea riscul. Dar totuși Mintos este un site. Există nenumărate scenarii apocaliptice care pot duce la la evaporarea întregii platforme cu tot cu banii tăi. Acum eu nu vreau să te sperii dar chiar și titlurile de stat care sunt considerate cele mai sigure investiții pot fi pierdute dacă statul intră în incapacitate de plată (vezi cazul recent al Argentinei). Ideea e că orice investiție are un risc dar sigur pierzi dacă nu investești 🙂 

În această ordine de idei, pentru a scădea și mai mult riscul consider că investițiile ar trebui diversificate în cât mai multe platforme. O a doua platformă pe care am încercat-o și vreau să ți-o prezint este Fast Invest. 

Este o platformă înregistrată inițial în Marea Britanie dar care își desfășoară activitatea în Lituania la Kaunas. Principiul de funcționare este același ca și la Mintos: firmele de creditare dau împrumuturi la persoane fizice și le revând către investitori. Oferă împrumuturi în euro și zlot. Nu am experiență decât cu euro. În momentul actual sunt peste 2200 împrumuturi disponibile cu durată de până la un an și dobânzi între 9 și 13%. Sunt deja peste 33 000 utilizatori ai platformei din 55 de țări. Iată un mic video de prezentare:

Ce are diferit față de Mintos ? În primul rând plusurile:

  • Se obligă să răscunpere toate împrumuturile în termen de o zi și de aceea nu există o piață secundară. Ei spun că practic nu este nevoie deoarece dacå vrei să-ți recuperezi urgent banii îi primești de la ei în 24 ore. Oferta aceasta e denumită MoneyBack Guarantee 
  • Toate împrumuturile au garanție de plată. Dacă împrumuturile întârzie mai mult de 3 zile FastInvest va face plata către tine. Acesta este BuyBack Guarantee și funcționează asemănător ca la Mintos doar că aici FastInvest e cel care garantează și nu ordonatorul de credite și totul se întâmplă după 3 zile nu 60 !
  • Se poate începe investiția chiar și de la 1 euro.
  • Dobânzile oferite sunt ceva mai mari decât pe Mintos. Între 9 – 16%.
  • Până acum toate împrumuturile sunt în grafic, așa cum au promis.
  • Are funcție de Auto Invest care funcționează precis astfel că banii tăi sunt permanent investiți fără a mișca un deget.

Care ar fi punctele slabe:

  • Dacă vrei să vinzi împrumutul, așa cum am spus, îl răscumpără în termen de o zi dar primești doar suma investită, fără dobândă. Dacă a fost deja plătită o parte din dobândă vei primi suma investită minus dobânda pe care ai primit-o deja. Deci această variantă este de ales doar dacă ai nevoie urgentă de bani. În rest pentru a încasa dobânda trebuie să aștepți maturarea creditului.
  • Sunt doar 8 ordonatori de credite în momentul actual. Deși numărul creditelor este suficient, diversificarea este ceva mai mică decât la Mintos
  • Numele ordonatorilor de credit nu este divulgat așa cum se întâmplă pe celelalte platforme. Știi doar țara, orașul și vârsta împrumutatului. I-am întrebat ce e cu secretomania asta și mi-au răspuns că așa aveau semnate contractele de la început dar le vor renegocia anul acesta și speră să ne poată oferi date amănunțite în cursul anului. 5 din cele 8 firme ar fi deja de acord.
  • CEO-ul companiei, Simona Vaitkune, are acum 25 ani ! Ea conduce firma de la înființare acum mai bine de 3 ani. Am înțeles că este o persoană foarte competentă și ambițioasă dar să fim realiști, nu este ceva obișnuit. Ar mai de spus ca mama și soțul ei au fost în consiliul de administrație a unei companii de credit (un fel de CAR) care a dat faliment în 2016 imediat după ce s-a votat plata unor dividente mari către acționari.

Un  alt lucru care mi-a plăcut la ei este serviciul clienți. Răspund foarte repede la toate întrebările la obiect și într-un mod profesional. Astea fiind datele care le-am obținut până acum rămâne la latitudinea fiecăruia dacă dorește să investească. Am văzut persoane care au scos peste 10 000 euro fără probleme de la FastInvest iar eu personal nu am ce să mă plâng în cele 2 luni în care le sunt client. Rata de dobândă medie la contul meu este de 12.44 %.
