Viventor

În cadrul diversificării continue a investiției, a treia platformă despre care vreau să vă vorbesc este Viventor. Este o altă platformă de tip peer to peer (p2p) asemănătoare ca principiu cu Mintos. Platforma s-a lansat undeva în 2015 și activează în Riga, Letonia. Iată un video de prezentare:

Există o aplicație demo în care vă puteți juca cu un cont virtual. În general situl este foarte bine făcut și vă arată toate informațiile de care aveți nevoie sub formă grafică.

Ca principiu de funcționare este foarte similară cu Mintos dar să vedem care ar fi atuurile:

  • Aproape toate împrumuturile au garanție de răscumpărare (Buyback guarantee). Exact ca la Mintos, garanția intră în acțiune dacă împrumutul este întârziat cu 60 de zile
  • Există împrumuturi care au și garanție de plată (Payment Guarantee) adică garantează că vei primi plata lună de lună. Este un plus față de Buyback.
  • Dobânzile obținute sunt între 6-16% dar acum pe site sunt împrumuturi între 8 și 14%
  • Există o ofertă variată de împrumuturi: credite de consum, de afaceri, cu garanții ipotecare, linii de credit dar și de tip amanet. În momentul actual sunt 10 238 împrumuturi disponibile
  • Există o piață secundară ca și în Mintos bine dezvoltată. Acum sunt disponibile 13 692 împrumuturi doar pe piața secundară.
  • Ei declară că până acum au 0 euro pierderi.
  • Auto Invest funcționează așa cum ar trebui și rareori găsesc sume mici care nu sunt investite.
  • Așa cum am spus la început situl este foarte bine realizat cu informațiile necesare ușor accesibile.

Viventor nu mi-a plăcut în mod special dar acum când încerc să mă gândesc care ar fi punctele slabe și de ce nu îmi place, nu prea le găsesc motive. Doar ca să fiu cârcotaș aș putea spune că nu reușesc să comunice destul de deschis informații către clienți. Personal mi-au răspuns târziu la întrebări și după insistențe iar acele mailuri la care nu am insistat au rămas fără răspuns*. Au un așa zis blog în care anunță din când în când câte un lucru de genul „de azi o firmă nouă de credite s-a adăugat platformei noastre”. 

Iar pentru a fi maxim de cârcotaș pot să spun că nu îmi place galbenul strident care apare pe toate paginile lor 😀 

Am investit din august aici, am o rată a profitului (XIRR) calculată de ei de 15,53%. Asta datorită unor taxe primite pentru plăți întârziate plus puterii compunerii dobânzii – unele împrumuturi erau pe termen scurt, mai mic de o lună, și deja am primit dobândă la dobândă. 

Simt nevoia să vă spun din nou, să vă documentați și să hotărâți singuri dacă vreți să investiți aici sau în altă platformă din cele prezentate. Dl Moneyescu este și el un om care încearcă să se informeze cât de bine poate și să împărtășească și altora cele aflate. Mai este mult până ajung un guru financiar :-))

* Tocmai am primit un mail de informare de la Viventor care spune că au mai angajat o persoană la relații cu clienții care poate răspunde la întrebări și în germană. Poate acum serviciul lor clienți se va îmbunătăți.
