Grupeer


Spre finalul postării anterioare despre Viventor spuneam că nu îmi place foarte mult deși nu prea am găsit exact motive de ce. De fapt același lucru pot să spun despre Mintos. Dacă mă gândesc mai bine cred că este vorba despre faptul că investițiile sunt impersonale, adică știi doar că împrumuți banii unei persoane dar nu știi cine e acea persoană și ce face cu banii.

Unele platforme de împrumuturi finanțează afaceri iar pentru a se convinge de bonitatea investiției și, în același timp, pentru a convinge și investitorii, proiectele sunt prezentate pe larg. Una dintre astfel de platforme este Grupeer. 

Compania este înregistrată în octombrie 2016 iar platforma Grupeer s-a lansat în februarie 2017. De atunci au crescut în continuu având un istoric (scurt ce-i drept) de invidiat – nici o întârziere de plată până acum. Numărul investitorilor a ajuns deja la 18 338 din 88 de țări. Doar anul acesta, până în octombrie, au listat împrumuturi de 54 milioane euro. Pentru cine e interesat mai în amănunt de situația financiară a companiei poate găsi datele aici.

Ca stil de operare Grupeer nu diferă foarte mult de stilul clasic Mintos dar împrumuturile pe care le oferă sunt de fapt investiții palpabile. Pentru a semăna și mai mult cu o platformă clasic de tip p2p proiectele de dezvoltare sunt „sparte” în mai multe împrumuturi de valoare mai mică care sunt prezentate în listă în același stil cunoscut de la celelalte platforme. Există și unele firme de creditare cum ar fi nou adăugata „e-Mkopo” din Kenya care oferă doar „împrumut de afaceri” fără a da detalii dar interesante sunt proiectele de dezvoltare. De exemplu eu am investit într-o proiect de investiții al unei companii din Letonia care construiește locuințe în Norvegia cu dobândă de 12 % și un alt proiect de construcții realizat de o firmă din Belarus în Minsk.

Punctele tari ale platformei Grupeer din punctul meu de vedere sunt:

  • Toate împrumuturile au garanție de plată – Buyback guarantee care intervine la 60 zile de întârziere.
  • Găsești foarte multe informații despre ce și cum să faci. Rubrica de întrebări frecvente bine scrisă.
  • Dobânzi bune, chiar și peste 14%. Dobânda medie a proiectelor de pe site în momentul actual este de 13,33%.
  • Oferte de tip Cashback prin care primești 1-2 % din suma investită în anumite împrumuturi. De exemplu acum, o firma nou intrată din Rusia – Epic Cash oferă 13% dobândă + 1% cashback bineînțeles cu Buyback guarantee. Banii sunt virați imediat în contul tău, nu după 7 zile cu e la Mintos.
  • Există Auto Invest  care funcționează bine și face ca să nu îți bați capul cu banii primiți. Sunt investiți automat în noi credite după criteriile alese de tine.
  • Toate plățile făcute la timp până acum. Dar cum știți și vă spune orice fond de investiții, rezultatele istorice nu sunt o garanție a evoluției viitoare.

Ce nu îmi place ? Ar fi câteva lucruri care ar putea fi îmbunătățite:

  • Prezentarea mai bună a investițiilor făcute, eventual ceva grafice mai amănunțite. De exemplu pentru a vedea când trebuie să primești bani în cont trebuie să intri la fiecare investiție făcută și să apeși pe detaliile împrumutului. Ar putea la acest capitol învăța ceva de la Viventor. 
  • Nu există piață secundară. Este în proiect și au promis să o dezvolte în curând dar deocamdată banii sunt blocați până împrumutul ajunge la maturitate și nu există posibilitatea de a ieși rapid.
  • Unele împrumuturi nu plătesc lunar ci doar la sfârșitul contractului. Asta este un lucru care pur și simplu îl accepți sau nu.

În concluzie Grupeer este o platformă în plină dezvoltare. Au unele proiecte în lucru cum ar fi un „fond de stabilitate” prin care investitorii cumpără părți dintr-un imobil care este apoi închiriat. Avantajul ar fi că deții propriu-zis o parte din proprietate deci împrumutul e asigurat 100% iar profitul așteptat de 4-8 % anual. Un alt proiect căruia chiar i se simte lipsa este piața secundară. De altfel tot site-ul ar avea nevoie de o imagine mai proaspătă. De exemplu nu pot afla de nicăieri care este rata mea medie de profit. Ar trebui să o calculez singur dar având în vedere că împrumuturile sunt pe termene diferite cu dobânzi diferite și cu modalitate de plată diferită este foarte complicat.

Una peste alta, strict din punct de vedere financiar, nu prea ai ce reproșa: dobânzi bune și plătite la timp. Dacă celelalte neajunsuri sunt mult prea importante pentru tine sunt multe platforme dintre care să alegi.
