Scriam într-un articol precedent de regula celor 4%, și anume că după ce te retragi poți folosi 4% din banii puși de-o parte pe an. Asta duce la calculul că e nevoie să ai pus la păstrare (a se înțelege investiți) de 25 ori valoarea cheltuielilor tale anuale. Până aici totul e clar și e demonstrat cu studii aprofundate prezentate în articolul respectiv.

Întrebarea care urmează în șirul logic este de câți bani avem nevoie după ce ne retragem ? Am încercat și eu ca tot omul să caut pe Google. Așa am dat peste sfaturile „experților financiari” care spun că ai nevoie de 80% din venitul tău înainte de pensionare.

NU, nu ai nevoie de atât. Dacă ai trăit înainte cu 25% din ce câștigai de ce ai avea nevoie după de 80% ? Toți pornim în carieră de jos, cu un salariu mic. Nu cred că cineva a avut primul salariu de 5 000 euro pe lună… Și totuși cu acel salariu mic ne descurcam și, de multe ori, ne gândim că parca viața era mai bună și mai plină pe vremea aceea. La majoritatea, o dată cu experiența vine și o creștere de salariu. Conduși de consumerismul societății și fără a avea un sfătuitor ca mine, majoritatea experimentează o inflație a cheltuielilor. De aici și calculul greșit al „experților” care pleacă de la premiza că toată lumea cheltuie toți banii care intră în cont.

Dar tu, moneyescian fidel, ești mult mai deștept decât majoritatea și înțelegi că nenea ăla de la reclamă e plătit să pară fericit când poartă ceasul Rolex. Ceasul ăla nu are niște ace mici care sa-ți injecteze elixirul fericirii când îl pui la mână !

Verifică permanent cheltuielile și vezi care sunt cu adevărat necesare. Tu trebuie să ai control asupra banilor, nu îi lăsa pe ei să-ți controleze viața.

Toți suntem diferiți și avem nevoi diferite. De aceea mă feresc să dau o sumă ca și nivel recomandat de cheltuieli. Depinde numai de tine să îți găsești echilibrul dintre nevoi reale și cele false, impuse de reclame. Dar totuși pentru a exemplifica am luat 2 variante:

  • O persoană singură care are nevoie de 4 000 lei pe lună (850 euro) are nevoie de 255 000 euro să se retragă. Dacă hotărăște să continue cu un hobby sau altă activitate care îi face plăcere și întâmplător produce 1 000 lei pe lună atunci are nevoie de 195 000 euro să se retragă

În timp vor apărea și „surprize plăcute” cum ar fi pensie de la stat, o moștenire de la părinți. Iar dacă va fi nevoie, noi, persoanele frugale, fără credite, oricând putem să mai ajustăm cheltuielile în jos sau să face un job part time în situații de criză.
