Începând cu Grupeer am început să vă prezint platformele care investesc în afaceri palpabile. Nu e un secret că acest tip de investiție îmi plac mai mult chiar dacă logica îmi spune că sunt mai riscante. Acest tip de investiții denumite „Crowding” oferă câștiguri mai mari iar de obicei câștiguri mari vin cu risc mare.
Una din platformele relativ nou apărute este Envestio. Inițial ca afacere există din 2014 ca și firmă de investiții private dar au ieșit online din 2017. Până acum sunt peste 11 600 investitori cu sume investite de peste 28 milioane de euro. Sunt încă sume mici în această branșă comparând cu Mintos unde au depășit 3 miliarde. Ceea ce iese în evidență este rata medie a profitului care este acum 18.29%. Evoluția lor vorbește de la sine:
Rămâne de văzut dacă va fi unul din mult căutații „unicorni”.
Envestio oferă acum toate investițiile cu garanție de răscumpărare. Cum funcționează aici Buyback guarantee ? În caz că nu mai primești plăți conform graficului agreat inițial poți să ceri să primești 90% din investiție fără să mai ai pretenții ulterioare sau să primești imediat 80% și să aștepți recuperarea restului de 20% după executare companiei în instanță. Dar și împrumuturile active le poți răscumpăra oricând cu o taxă de 5% (deci primești doar 95% din investiție).
Eu am investit într-o centrala electrică ce produce electricitate din rumeguș și într-o investiție imobiliară undeva pe coasta Mării Baltice.
Acum sunt disponibile spre investiție două proiecte interesante cu dobânzi de 18,5% respectiv 17,5% cu plată lunară a dobânzii și termen de 11-12 luni.
De ce să alegi Envestio ?
- Rate de câștig mari, chiar și peste 22%.
- Până acum au finanțat peste 100 de proiecte/bucăți de proiecte (unele proiecte sunt împărțite în mai multe tranșe, chiar 18). Toate plătite la zi, unele terminate.
- Aproape toate investițiile sunt pe perioade de până la un an.
- Garanție de răscumpărare (parțială) a investiției în orice moment sau în caz de incapacitate de plată.
- Site bine realizat, ușor de utilizat, înregistrare ușoară.
- Sistem de afiliere interesant. Tocmai am primit de la ei săptămâna trecută 50 euro și nu știam exact de ce. Ideea e că am folosit link-ul găsit pe un site de prezentare și astfel am primit 0,5% din investiția făcută. Iar acest lucru e valabil în primele 270 zile de la înregistrare. A, să nu uit, mai e un bonus de 5 euro care îl primești chiar la înregistrare. Vrei și tu o astfel de ofertă ? Apasă aici.
- Există AutoIvest dar dacă vrei să alegi singur proiectele nu trebuie să îl activezi. Ești anunțat pe mail când apar noi oportunități de investiție.
De ce să nu investești:
- Risc. Există risc ? Care risc ? Să pierzi toți banii investiți ? Da, bineînțeles că există. Dacă o firmă intrată nou în afacere de aproximativ 2 ani îți spune că îți dă 22% profit și investiția este asigurată atunci clar este un risc mare. Cel puțin ei nu spun că e asigurată 100% că atunci sigur nu investeam 🙂
- Au devenit victima propriului lor succes iar acum există perioade în care nu e nici un proiect disponibil pentru investiții. Luna trecuta între 2 și 22 octombrie nu aveau nici un proiect deschis spre investiții. Am vorbit cu ei și au spus că au câteva proiecte mari în pregătire. Își propun să facă noi angajări și să scoată minim un proiect pe săptămână de peste 500 000 euro dar se pare că nu e de ajuns. Unele proiectele noi pe care le-au scos în ultimul timp s-au finanțat în câteva ore. În această situație Auto Invest poate fi o soluție.
- Pe site-ul lor există date destul de amănunțite despre firmele și proiectele în care investești. Dar până la urmă prin decizia de investire trebuie să te încrezi în echipa Evestio și să speri că fac o treabă bună în alegerea proiectelor și că vor continua să fie corecți ca și până acum. Am ales să îmi diversific portofoliul investind în Envestio pentru că am un profil de risc mai ridicat. Până acum nu m-au dezamăgit. Deocamdată nu există dovezi că investițiile din Envestio nu ar fi reale, că totul ar fi fost o mare farsă dar este foarte probabil. Există mari șanse ca toți banii investiți să fie pierduți.
