Curs de eficiență aplicată

După cum am anunțat într-o postare anterioară numărul persoanelor care locuiesc în casă la mine s-a redus semnificativ…. la 1. Bineînțeles că totul în jurul meu trebuie să se adapteze la noua situație. Printre primele lucruri care am hotărât să le scalez la situația actuală este mașina. 

Mașina este oricum ai calcula o afacere proastă. Cu atât mai proastă cu cât mașina e mai scumpă și mai nouă. Vă spun din experiență proprie. Pentru calcule amănunțite puteți citi postările mele anterioare cu acest subiect.

După ce am evaluat piața și nevoile mele actuale am ales mașina pe care mi-o doresc. După studierea ofertei actuale am găsit o mașină de 6 ani cu 63.000 km la prețul de 40% față de prețul nou ceea ce mi s-a părut corect. Poate aș fi putut găsi una ceva mai ieftină dar aceasta a venit cu avantajul de a fi cumpărată de la dealer cu service proaspăt făcut și cu ofertă de garanție de 6 luni / 6 000 km.

Mașina veche care avea 5 ani și jumătatea și 93 000 km am vândut-o cu 42% din prețul de cumpărare ceea ce este din nou destul de corect față de piață – nu chiar atât de corect când mă gândesc la câți bani înseamnă acei 58% pierduți. Dar toți facem greșeli în viață, dar important e să le recunoaștem și să nu le repetăm.

Te întrebi care ar fi avantajul unei astfel de tranzacții. La o adică am dat o mașina de 5,5 ani pe una de 6. Ideea e că chiar dacă sunt de vârste aproximativ egale cea proaspăt cumpărată este de 3 ori mai ieftină la prețul actual. În plus are costuri de utilizare mult mai mici. Un alt lucru pe care l-am luat în considerare este filosofia investițională pe care o explicam în postarea despre oportunitatea financiară: schimbă casa și mașina cu unele mai mici și mai ieftine în perioadele de creștere economică, atunci când toată lumea are bani și fă eventuale investiții mai importante în perioadele de criză atunci când totul e la reducere.

Un alt lucru luat în considerare este că diferența de bani obținută, investită cu 10% profit anual duce la banii necesari pentru o mașină de același tip în aproximativ 4 ani.

O mașină de varsta asta se devalorizează cam cu 10% pe an. Dar o mașină de 3 ori mai ieftină se va avea o devalorizare de 3 ori mai mică în termen absolut. 

Iar în final totul se reduce la eficientizare și de a-ți asigura nevoile personale. Nu am nimic împotrivă să îți cumperi elicopter privat dacă asta este ceea ce îți trebuie. Dar pentru mine mașina mare și scumpă era o cheltuială inutilă ce nu se potrivea filozofiei mele de viață.
